Went in and place was empty. Spoke to Polish receptionist to confirm I was there. Waited 10 minutes later than I needed to to see the nurse because she didn't tell her I arrived. She was too busy talking to another woman to be arsed. Nurse was good tho.

When I first met Steve I could barely walk without wincing, let alone play tennis. At our first session Steve mapped out a process of recovery and treatment in order to get me back on court. Since then I've had several consultations and a two treatments of shock-wave therapy and the result have been amazing! Two months on and although I'm not yet 100% I'm back enjoying my tennis and continuing to make good progress thanks to the custom orthotics (WOW, what a difference they make) and following Steve's advice. I can't recommend Steve highly enough!
Steve is a superstar, friendly, professional and very skilled. My son had an infected ingrowing toe nail and had been suffering for a while, upon visiting Steve, we were able to get a partial removal. 4 weeks later and it looks completely normal.
